New red and black styling for 2009. The AKONA Research & Development team was asked to design a wheeled scuba bag to fit a complete set of dive gear in 15% less space. What was born is an integral design and contoured shape for streamlined travel. Multiple handles were placed for easy grasping under any condition. The traditional external location of the regulator bag was moved to the interior for maximum protection. A removable mesh handbag is also found inside.
MATERIALS: Scientifically engineered 600D interior coating is water resistant, stain resistant and incredibly durable.
INTERIOR: Dual AKONA Load Through Pockets‘ can be accessed from the outside or inside. They feature a removable padded divider for maximum customization and packability. Rust resistant hardware. Full length PVC backing for support.
WHEELS: AKONA tested and proven; heavy-duty, treaded wheels with precision, smooth rolling mechanism.
REGULATOR BAG: Newly designed easy-zip corners. Includes a removable shoulder strap, a padded console sleeve and an internal key clip.
ZIPPERS: Durable #10 YKK zipper. Extremely durable rust and corrosion resistance.
EXTENSION HANDLE: Disappearing telescoping handle locks in both 10” and 17” positions, and is ideal for pushing or pulling. Reinforced zippered cover protects handle mechanism.
CARRY HANDLES: Three conveniently placed handles. AKONA exclusive padded center handle with massive 2” continuous webbing for full bag support. A second handle with reinforced box stitching for increased durability. And the one-piece molded handle at base for added strength and stability.
SECURITY SLEEVE: Protects and conceals your equipment during transit. Specifically designed to allow access to the wheels and handle when employed. Located inside, can be converted for storage when not in use.
SPECIAL FEATURES: Heavy duty PVC reinforced wear-points. AKONA molded zipper pulls and skid rails. Quad drain holes for efficient air circulation.
