This unique integrated weight system allows the diver options to carry up to 20 lb of ditchable weight in a system designed to load through the top of the pocket via heavy duty zips; this means the Velcro only ever needs to be used in the event of an emergency.
The benefit is that the Velcro lasts for many thousands of dives as opposed to traditional systems in which the Velcro is opened and closed each time the weights are loaded and unloaded from the system.
